Member of the Supervisory Board/Corporate Secretary of PJSC "MultiPlex-Holding". Graduated from Zaporizhzhya State University. In 2005-2006 he worked as an assistant to the Minister of Finance of Ukraine. Beginning form 2006, he has been working as a corporate secretary, a member of the Supervisory Board, in companies of the Real Estate Capital and JSC Multiplex-Holding. In 2007-2009 he joined the initiative group to create the first community of professionals in the field of corporate governance - CGPA. From 2009 till 2014 he was a member of the Management Board of the CGPA.
