Chairman of the Management Board of the Ukrainian Corporate Governance Professional Association. 

He is a known expert in the field of corporate governance and corporate law in Ukraine. 

Oleksandr has many years of experience consulting projects as a part of the consultant team of the International Finance Corporation in Ukraine (1996-2001), International Institute of Business (2001-2012) and the Ukrainian Corporate Governance Institute (since 2012). 

He is a member of the Expert Council on Corporate Governance of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission of Ukraine. 

Oleksandr is a co-author of the first Ukrainian manual on corporate governance (1999) and the Handbook of International Corporate Governance (edited by the British Institute of Directors, London, 2005); author of the handbook "Corporate governance in the private and family companies " (2012) and over 60 publications on corporate law and governance.
