He has 15 years of experience in corporate governance, both in state-owned companies (Kyivenergo) and in large private industrial and financial holdings - DCH group (formerly Ukrsibbank) and Donetsksteel. He has experience not only in organizing the work of the Supervisory Boards, but also was a a member of the Supervisory Boards both of industrial companies and financial institutions. In addition, he was a Corporate Secretary at PJSC "Kreditprombank" for 3 years. Currently active in consulting as an independent expert on the corporate governance issues. He is a member of the CGPA since 2010. In 2013, she became the winner of the "Corporate Secretary of the Year" contest. In 2015-2017, he was twice elected a member of the Board of the CGPA.
