Member of the Board of PJSC "National Depository of Ukraine".PhD in Economics. He graduated from Kharkiv National University of Economics (MSc) and National Technical University of Ukraine «Kyiv Polytechnic Institute». He worked at various positions in the State Commission on Securities and Stock Market, and since 2011, he was a Member of the National Commission on Securities and Stock Market. He was a member of the Supervisory Board of PJSC "National Depository of Ukraine" and was a Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PFTS Stock Exchange. He headed the disciplinary committee of the Ukrainian Association of Investment Business and was a member of the Board of the PARD. The sphere of interests includes depository activities, corporate governance, investment and pension funds.
