Since 2008 she has worked at Kyiv's leading international law firms, where she specialized in providing services in various areas of Ukrainian and international law, business structuring, investment protection, international tax planning, asset restructuring, and business process optimization, where she represented the interests of major international corporations, investors from CIS countries and far abroad.

Mrs. Gromova also advised national companies and international corporations working in Ukraine on M&A, acquisition of development and other business projects, as well as trade and project financing in such areas as energy, oil and gas, retail, banking, pharmaceutical , agricultural and insurance sectors.

He has gained considerable experience in corporate governance while working as Deputy Director of Legal Affairs of the Fuel and Industrial Group Continuum (WOG), as well as at Naftogaz of Ukraine.

She graduated from the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, and she is a member of a number of professional Ukrainian and international business associations.
